For 2 pizzas Ø 24,5cm

  • 250g flour
  • 10g yeast
  • 5g salt
  • 150g water
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1tsp sugar

This pâte à pizza is better than ready-to-use.

  1. Mix yeast and water into a food processor fitted with a kneading attachment, add 100g flour, mix gently. Cover with clingfilm and leave to rise at 20° about 30 min.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients. Knead 10 min to obtain a homogenous and elastic dough. After that, cover again and leave to rise at 20° for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat the oven to 220°.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 pieces and shape them into balls, cover with a cloth leaving for 1/4 hour. The dough will relax sufficiently to be worked. Then roll out on a paper sheet. You must stretch out the dough to make a disk.
  5. Put a topping according to the recipe, then place on a hot baking sheet in the oven , and bake for about 15 minutes.
